Cancellation Policy

At Goal Cabs, we understand that travel plans may change. This Cancellation Policy explains the conditions for cancelling your taxi booking.

1. Free Cancellation

Bookings cancelled before vehicle dispatch are generally eligible for free cancellation.

2. Cancellation After Vehicle Dispatch

If the assigned vehicle has already been dispatched, cancellation charges may apply based on the distance travelled by the driver and operational expenses.

3. Airport Pickup Cancellation

• Airport pickup bookings should be cancelled as early as possible.
• If the driver has already reached the airport pickup point, waiting or cancellation charges may apply.

4. Outstation Booking Cancellation

• Outstation bookings cancelled after confirmation may be subject to cancellation charges.
• Advance payments made for reserved vehicles may be adjusted according to the booking status.

5. Customer No-Show

If the customer does not arrive at the pickup location within the agreed waiting time and cannot be contacted, the booking will be considered a No-Show and cancellation charges may apply.

6. Cancellation by Goal Cabs

In rare situations such as vehicle breakdown, severe weather, road closures, or other operational issues, Goal Cabs may cancel the booking. If an advance payment has been made, it will be refunded in accordance with our Refund Policy.

7. How to Cancel a Booking

You can cancel your booking by:

• Calling our customer support.
• Sending a WhatsApp message.
• Emailing us with your booking details.
