Goal Cabs aims to provide reliable and professional taxi services. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued for bookings made through our website or by phone.

1. Booking Cancellation Before Vehicle Dispatch

If you cancel your booking before a driver or vehicle has been assigned, you may be eligible for a full refund of any advance payment made.

2. Booking Cancellation After Vehicle Dispatch

If the vehicle has already been dispatched, cancellation charges may apply depending on the distance travelled by the driver and the time of cancellation.

3. No-Show Policy

If the customer does not arrive at the pickup location within the agreed waiting period and cannot be contacted, the booking will be treated as a No-Show and the advance amount may not be refundable.

4. Service Not Provided

If Goal Cabs is unable to provide the confirmed service due to operational issues or vehicle unavailability, any advance payment received will be refunded in full.

5. Duplicate Payments

If a customer accidentally makes a duplicate payment for the same booking, the extra amount will be refunded after verification.
