1. Booking Confirmation

• Bookings are subject to vehicle availability.
• Customers must provide accurate pickup and drop locations.
• Booking confirmation will be sent by phone, WhatsApp, SMS, or email.

2. Fares & Payments

• Fare depends on travel distance, route, waiting time, tolls, parking charges, and applicable taxes.
• Additional charges may apply for extra stops or route changes requested during the trip.
• Payment can be made through cash, UPI, bank transfer, or other accepted payment methods.

3. Airport Transfers

• Please provide the correct flight number while booking airport pickup.
• Flight arrival times are monitored whenever possible.
• Waiting charges may apply if the customer delays pickup beyond the complimentary waiting period.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must arrive at the pickup location on time.
• Customers are responsible for their personal belongings.
• Smoking, illegal activities, and carrying prohibited items inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.

5. Driver Responsibilities

• Our drivers are professionally trained and verified.
• Drivers will follow traffic rules and prioritize passenger safety.
• Drivers may refuse service if customer behavior is unsafe or abusive.

6. Cancellations

• Customers may cancel their booking before vehicle dispatch.
• Cancellation charges may apply depending on the booking stage.

7. Refunds

• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed according to our Refund Policy.
• Processing time depends on the payment method used.

8. Limitation of Liability

Goal Cabs shall not be liable for delays caused by traffic congestion, weather conditions, road closures, vehicle breakdowns, government restrictions, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

9. Website Usage

• Do not misuse our website.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
• Website content may not be copied without written permission.
